Sourdough Granola; Saturday Market Prep #3

I love me some granola. But, I don’t want a complicated recipe and, if it requires sourdough, I want to use left my over discard. I used this recipe this weekend and it checked both boxes: simple and discard approved. It was also nice because you can add whatever “fixings” you want to make it your own. I didn’t have chia seeds so I double up on flax seeds. Next time, I think I will leave out the white chocolates and add dried cranberries instead.

I’ve got my third Saturday market coming up on 7/25. I am prepping like a mad woman. Luckily, I have had enough time in-between the last market and this market to really take my time with prepping. This weekend’s tasks were bagels , sandwich bread, and some English muffins (not pictured). Once cooled, these all went into the freezer. Last weekend, I premade my cinnamon roll dough and froze them after I rolled them up. Next Thursday to Friday, I will remove them from the freezer and let them thaw. Then, they will do their last proof before baking to be ready for Saturday’s market.
