What a treat these ice cream bars were! I couldn’t find ladyfingers to make these a true tiramisu bar, so instead we turned them into Magnum ice cream bars. Easy to make and enjoyable to eat.

I am ramping back up for my second market next weekend, 6/13/26. This weekends bakes will include regular English muffins, hamburger buns, double chocolate bagels, 4 loaves of bread, and more cookies!
I attempted a S’mores cookie. The first iteration was my usual cookie dough base with dark chocolate chunks and marshmallows in the center. Then, I rolled the cookie dough in graham cracker crumbs. Once baked, I soon found out that the marshmallows disintegrated. My thought was that since the dough was frozen, maybe the marshmallows wouldn’t disintegrate. Wrong! So, for the second iteration I used the same cookie base. In addition to rolling the cookie in graham cracker pieces, I put a nice layer of graham cracker under the dough. Then, once it was baked, I immediately piped marshmallow fluff into the center of the cookie. Winner, winner! So gooey and yummy!
