Blueberry English Muffins; Double Chocolate Sourdough Bagels; Sour Cherry Pecan Brown Butter Oatmeal Cookie

I decided to attempt some blueberry English muffins. I used my usual fresh milled English muffin recipe. Instead of the 300g of milk, I used 150g of milk and 150g of blueberry juice. Then, during the stretch and folds, I added some dried blueberries. These turned out fantastic and I will be adding these to my Saturday market rotation. They are a bit sweet and are great with a dollop of butter.

I found this recipe for double chocolate sourdough bagels and absolutely had to make them. I used my usual recipe for sourdough bagels , but instead of 500g of water, I used 108g of the bloomed cocoa from the double chocolate sourdough bagel recipe and the remaining 392g was water. I added some chocolate chips to the dough as well. The chocolate chips ended up melting during the mixing process. So, next time I might add them in with by hand at the end of the mixing process.

This sour cherry pecan brown butter oatmeal cookie was amazing. Sweet, salty, buttery and a little pecan crunch in every bite. Absolute perfection.
