I have really been working hard to perfect my bagel recipe. Each time I make them, there are little tweaks I try to make them better. This go around, I am adding inclusions. Three will have blueberries and three will have strawberry powder. I have found dried blueberries that I will soak in boiling water prior to using them to rehydrate them. Then, after the initial mix I will fold the blueberries into the dough. I will do the same for the strawberry powder. Let’s see how it goes. Here’s the recipe


Also, can we just appreciate this flight of cookies. Italian lemon pistachio, snickerdoodle, lemon poppyseed, and almond joy! All made with fresh milled flour. So yummy!
