I made some yummy fresh milled sourdough cinnamon rolls, again, this week. They are just too good! The brioche dough mixed with the stiff starter and fresh milled flour is perfection. Instead of the classic cream cheese frosting, I did a caramel glaze this week.

We ran out of fresh milled sourdough hoagie rolls, so it was time to make some more. These are great for anything you put in them, hot dogs, sandwiches, etc. They are super easy to put together as well.


I am on a quest to perfect the fresh milled sourdough bagel. This week, I added 15g of cinnamon to my fresh milled sourdough bagel dough . Then, I added a cinnamon crunch topping. Turned out great.
