Maple bars, Hamburger buns, Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop Tart Cookies

I can’t believe I didn’t think about making these sooner. Baked, fresh milled sourdough maple bars! They turned out to be so delicious. They were more like little loaves of bread rather than donuts, but delicious none the less. I will make these again for sure. I doubled the recipe and used 4 cups of flour (480g) and 1 cup (240g) of sourdough discard. I also used 1 cup of maple syrup.

Fresh milled sourdough hamburger buns were a success, per usual. 420g of flour and 120g of active starter were used. Our hamburgers turned out great with these buns.

Brown sugar cinnamon pop tart cookies were fun to make. I doubled the recipe and used 720g of fresh milled flour. They really do taste like the pop tarts. The boys loved these.
