Sourdough hoagie rolls, Strawberry Sugar Donuts, Peanut Butter Chocolate Sourdough, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cookie

This week we needed more sourdough hoagie rolls for lunches and dinners. These fresh milled sourdough hoagie rolls are made with only 6 ingredients. They taste amazing, are filling, and hold up to whatever you put on them. I double the recipe every time so that I will have extras to freeze. I used 720g of fresh milled flour and 1 cup (240g) of active starter. I used sugar instead of honey and melted butter instead of oil. I also used milk instead of water.

I really love making donuts in my donut pan. It makes things so easy and clean. This week, we made strawberry sugar donuts . They used 180g of flour. I love the pink from the strawberries. Perfect for Valentine’s Day.

I came across this peanut butter with chocolate sweet sourdough bread recipe and had to try it. It used 600g of fresh milled flour and 120g of active starter. I added some chopped strawberries during the stretch and folds and this was a great addition. The flavor was amazing!

Cookie of the Week:

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cookie! I used my Cinnamon Toast Crunch recipe and added pieces to these cookies. What a yummy treat.
