Fresh Milled Sourdough Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Fresh Milled Sourdough Buns, Italian lemon pistachio cookies

We made another round of sourdough Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. This is a treat on repeat at our house. I literally make a batch every week. The process is so easy and you can use active or discard starter. I usually double the recipe and use 370g of fresh milled flour and 240g of discard.

Next we made Fresh milled sourdough buns . I use these for sandwiches, hamburgers, or just as a roll with chili. So versatile. These are sweet and savory. I doubled the recipe and used 840g of fresh milled flour. I also used 240g of active starter.

Cookie of the Week…

Italian Lemon Pistachio cookie... I really enjoy this cookie every time I make it. There is a hint of almond that pairs beautifully with the pistachio and fresh lemon. I used 284g of fresh milled flour in these cookies.
