These cookies were really good! The browned butter with the pistachio cream in the center and the fresh milled flour were the perfect trifecta to a great cookie. Most definitely going to make these again.
I made some mozzarella bagels this weekend and feel like my bagel recipe is perfect! Finally!!!! These bagels turn out soft on the inside with a nice crunch on the outside. Every bite is delicious. We’ve come a long way baby.
